Autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1 (ADH1), caused by pathogenic gain-of-function calcium-sensing receptor gene (CASR ) variants, is characterized by low parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels, hypocalcemia, hypercalciuria, hyperphosphatemia and hypomagnesemia.
